Purchasing a reptile from us means you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

All issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

EpicStyle LLC guarantees the health of any animals purchased through us for 10 (ten) days following the delivery of the animal. If at any point during those ten days you notice any irregularities or health issues warranting concern, please contact us immediately. If these issues are not brought to our attention before this guarantee ends, we will not be held responsible for the health of the animal. This guarantee is only valid if the animal is receiving proper husbandry and care. We reserve the right to void the health guarantee if the animal is not being cared for properly. This includes diet, housing, lighting, and heating. Please do your research prior to purchasing an animal from us to ensure proper care is being provided.  We encourage you to always discuss with us any questions you may have about caring for an animal. This health guarantee DOES NOT extend to animals purchased through us from a 3rd party. 

SHIPPING

All animals are shipped through Reptiles Express via FedEx Overnight. Packages are typically delivered by 10:30AM for most residences. EpicStyle LLC is not responsible for any delays in shipping.  Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our control. We may also ship the animal to be held at a local FedEx facility for pickup if you’re not able to be home for your animal's arrival. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Epicstyle LLC reserves the right to refuse shipment if weather is not optimal. In order for a package to be shipped to your door, we require a temperature that is safe for shipping your animal order. We will communicate with you to reschedule a shipment when the weather is better so that the life of your animal will not be put at risk. Your animal's safe arrival is our top priority.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

We guarantee the live arrival of any animal(s) purchased through EpicStyle LLC. In the unfortunate case where the animal(s) are dead on arrival (D.O.A.), we will replace the animal with another of your liking (if applicable) or store credit. However, for this live arrival guarantee to be valid, we must be notified within thirty (30) minutes of the tracking number marking your package as delivered. We must receive pictures/videos/etc. of the animal as proof of D.O.A. status. Please note that this guarantee is void if the recipient is not home to receive the package. We love these animals and want nothing but the best for them!

SEX

Sex:  We DO NOT guarantee the sex of any of our animals, unless they are adults being sold. For most of our animals, we can give you an honest guess of what the sex may be.  However, sometimes young animals are harder to tell until they reach a certain size or weight. 

COLOR

We take all of our own photographs.  Most photographs shown are taken with an iPhone XR. Making sure our image matches the animal you are purchasing is important.  This way, you can see its color true to life. We DO NOT guarantee the color of any animal sold.  Additionally, an animal's color often changes as they age and become adults. Therefore, we DO NOT guarantee that an animal's color will remain the same in the future as at the time of purchase.  If more photographs are needed for you to feel comfortable purchasing your choice of animal, please CONTACT US. However, please note that photographs take time to process and another buyer may jump ahead of you and purchase the animal before additional photos can be taken, uploaded, and sent.

PAYMENT PLANS

Long-term payment plans are generally not accepted. 

Once a commitment to purchase an animal has been received, full payment is required within forty-eight (48) hours unless we agree to a written, alternative arrangement. At our discretion, we may place a forty-eight (48) hour "courtesy hold" with a non-refundable down payment. All down payments and/or deposits are considered non-refundable, unless expressed in writing as otherwise. If the prospective buyer does not send the remaining payment within forty eight (48) hours of written request to purchase the animal, it will be relisted and the buyer forfeits (loses) any deposit paid. We consider no animal “sold” until full payment has been accepted and received.

ADDITIONALLY

• EpicStyle LLC reserves the right to change and modify these terms & conditions at any point in time, for any reason.

• EpicStyle LLC reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone, for any reason.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
